I went to purchase a brand new GMC last week. I was not convinced but with the help of sales rep. Daniel Tano (Danny as we'll call him from now on)the process was very easy. We really enjoy this transaction at Doral with Danny and we definetely recommend the dealer to every body. A day later I decided to stop by the dealer to look at the car once more, and it turns out our original salesman was no longer there. This is when I met Robert Garcia. He approached us as I asked where to park. The dealership is under construction and a lot is going on. Danny pointed to a parking spot and with ease started to ask questions. He was polite, friendly and answered all our questions. He showed us the two different Terrain trims and explained in detailed the difference. We test drove one and coming back he made us an offer that we did not want to refuse. We left to pick up our dog that was at the groomers, dropped him off at home and drove back. Before leaving the house I told my husband "let's remove everything personal from the SUV just in case we get what we want." Well, 4 hours later, we were back home with a brand new car and very happy because there was not stress during the negotiations.
