I have been very fortunate to work with one of the service managers (Christine Morganelli) at Saugus McGovern who takes all calls and works with me to schedule and "fit in" my requests for service while minimizing down time. With each visit I know exactly what work was done as the documentation is solid. There's also a new delivery service they use to pick up and deliver the serviced vehicles and that's a huge help.
