I have been a customer for many years and thought that I was well served. I visited the all new dealership and was blown away. It was a rainy day but I never stepped outside because there is a service recep was well served. I visited the all new dealership and was blown away. It was a rainy day but I never stepped outside because there is a service reception area that I drove into. Its like driving into my garage on a lousy day. When my CTS was done I drove back out. It was really fabulous. So thank you McGuire and especially Ed and Devon. More

We have been to this dealership many many times just because it is close to our house and have since changed to a dealer 30 minutes away just to avoid the rude employees, waiting 2 hours for an oil chan because it is close to our house and have since changed to a dealer 30 minutes away just to avoid the rude employees, waiting 2 hours for an oil change, a rental that was dirty, too small, and needed wipers, having to call many many times to see if they even pulled my vehicle in to look at it yet, many times i would drop off the night before so they can look at right away not to find out that didnt even pull it in until 4pm, many many more issues. I will never go back no matter how close it is, it is not worth the headache and lies! More
