They black listed me in 2020 because they couldn't fix my daughter's Mercedes' electrical problem under warranty. Months and five visits. Today I brought my Mercedes in for an extremely expensive wheel alignment. They said my daughter cancelled the appointment. Turns out they did send her an email confirmation for an appointment she didn't make. Mistake #1 Mercedes. Mistakes #2 through 5. Didn't apologize, didn't try to "fit me in", didn't try to reschedule. We did finally get my daughter's car fixed. I assumed Mercedes of Westminster could handle a simple wheel alignment. I was wrong. Jeff, the Service Manager, said I should take my car somewhere else. Disappointing. More
I purchased a 2019 GLC300 4matic coupe a week ago. When I tried to enroll it in Mercedes Me I learned the VIN was still tied to the previous owner. I called Mercedes Me and was told I would have to visit a local dealer. I chose Mercedes-Benz of Westminster since they were 5 miles from my office. When I went there looking for help to resolve the issue of the VIN being registered with the previous owner. I was told it would take over an hour and I would have to pay $290.00 just so I could take advantage of the technology offered in the vehicle. The only thing I did wrong was to buy a Mercedes-Benz, General Motors does not try to rip off customers with this kind of extortion. The entertainment system is virtually useless until I pay the extortion monies. This is the most unethical dealership I have ever come across. This is how they treat new customers and introduce them to Mercedes-Benz. Seems like the better practice would have been to help, instead of extort money. I took my car in on Friday afternoon, called with diagnosis of problem and ordered the parts on Monday. Parts were in on Wednesday. They had the car ready to run and out of the shop on Thursday after diagnosis of problem and ordered the parts on Monday. Parts were in on Wednesday. We were headed back to Montana after purchasing a pre-owned Mercedes Sprinter Class B van out of Texas. On our journey we had two opportunities to work with this dealership. On April 7, 2023 we pulle pre-owned Mercedes Sprinter Class B van out of Texas. On our journey we had two opportunities to work with this dealership. On April 7, 2023 we pulled into the service center to see if they could help with Oil overfull issue. They were gracious enough to get us in and fix the problem while we waited. We headed toward Montana. The following morning the van would start but would not come out of park. We were going to get it towed to the Westminster Dealer. The person there on Saturday morning said to have it towed and they would look at it on Monday. They helped with tow service numbers and were as gracious as they could knowing there were no Sprinter technicians there on Saturday. The van eventually went into park and we headed home. Issue ended up being a manufacturer's recall taken care of in Montana. It was a good feeling to know we could have had it towed or driven it back to Westminster to have it looked at on Monday. . I wish we could remember all the names of the folks that helped us. Everyone was working to get us on the road again. Would recommend the service department More

Called to make an appointment and talked to one of the rudest people I have ever had the misfortune to call.
