At Mirak, my wife and I were very quickly shown a Hyundai Tucson which fit our needs. Although Mirak did not have it in the color and with the packages we wanted, they were able to obtain exactly the right Tucson which fit our needs. Although Mirak did not have it in the color and with the packages we wanted, they were able to obtain exactly the right car from another dealer in just a few days. Since then their service has been excellent and prompt -- it is usually possible to watch TV in their comfortable waiting area for one or two hours and then pick up the finished car. They can often schedule service on short notice, and they are unfailingly courteous on the phone and in person. All of this stands in contrast to our experiences over the years with other Boston area car dealers and service centers. More
Seemed very open and willing to do business with me--had exactly what I wanted and allowed me to take my Azera for a nice, long test-drive. The car is almost silent when idling, and is silky-smooth. It re exactly what I wanted and allowed me to take my Azera for a nice, long test-drive. The car is almost silent when idling, and is silky-smooth. It really IS a "Korean Cadillac", and the dealership, even today, six months later, still treats me as a "cadillac owner", rather than "Oh, no, he's back _again!" Their service department is HUGE and focused with moving cars in and out through the service process efficiently and with a minimum of delay and inconvenience to the customer. The one time they made a mistake was in omitting to properly put the registration sticker on my license-plate when I bought the car and transferred the plates from my old vehicle (a beloved Toyota Tundra that was getting too expensive with gas at $4.00/gallon). As a consequence of this error, I got a ticket--which they promptly paid for me--on top of that, they gave me a card good for a free oil-change (a value of $50 to $80)! without me even having to ask for it! Would I recommend Mirak! Frankly, I don't think I will be dealing with anyone else ever again. If it isn't Mirak--it isn't a fair deal! Everyone at Mirak--You go, guys! There's a reason you've been around as long as you have--because you're honest, honorable and more than fair!!! More
I had my Sonata serviced at Mirack a few weeks ago and was more than satisified with the work that was done on my car and the customer service. Mr. Tedeschi was very informative as to what was being done was more than satisified with the work that was done on my car and the customer service. Mr. Tedeschi was very informative as to what was being done to the car. I felt very comfortable as a woman speaking to him about an automobile. I have gone to many dealerships in the past and they seemed to speak down to me thinking I know nothing about cars. I would definately recommend Mirak to my friends and family. Keep up the good work Mr. Tedeschi and and fellow employees. More
I had bought my car a little less than a year ago at RT 2 Hyundai with 31,000 miles on it. Now, my car has 55,000 miles on it, 2004 Hyundai Santa Fe. Last week, my car over-heated and I couldn't driv Hyundai with 31,000 miles on it. Now, my car has 55,000 miles on it, 2004 Hyundai Santa Fe. Last week, my car over-heated and I couldn't drive it. I brought it over to Mirak because it was only 5 miles from where I work, and where the car stopped on me. They wanted all the service records, oil changes etc... I gave them all my oil change records, and they said they couldn't fix it under the warranty because I didn't have the 30,000 service done. I'm like, I bought it AFTER the fact. They told me to go ask the dealer I bought it from for previous records. Went to RT 2, they said it shouldn't have been a problem to warranty it, because I bought it after 30,000 anyways. Mirak said the ONLY way they would fix it under warranty was if I paid the 600 to get the 60,000 service done FIRST. I ended up towing it to RT 2 Hyundai. BUT, when my car got there, it was missing the radiator cap, and some parts of my engine were disassembled. RT 2 is fixing it under warranty without all the gimicks of Mirak. I wouldn't recommend going to Mirak for anything. They weren't very nice either. More

Mirak Chevy made a much better impression on me and my friend, than the person whose review I read today. Maybe I would not have gone there if I had seen the poor review first, so I am glad I didn't, beca friend, than the person whose review I read today. Maybe I would not have gone there if I had seen the poor review first, so I am glad I didn't, because I took away nothing but good impressions from my experience at Mirak Chevrolet and Mirak Hyundai. I am shopping for a new car (or used) and went to Mirak Saturday. We started at the Chevrolet side. They have two stores on Mass Ave. One Hyundai and one Chevrolet. The salesman we talked to first was friendly and helpful. He understood that we were only looking at car and that we were going to go to the Hyundai part too. He took his time and showed us the cars he had outside and then showed us the Cobalt and something else that was a little too much money for me, but we were told that we could easily get a used one for much less, and that made sense. We were just shopping, but he was gave us his full attention the whole time. His name was Michael, and when I said we were going to look at Hyundai, he actually walked us over to the other building and introduced us to the sales manager. After seeing both, I am probably going to buy a new Hyundai, but I can recommend the Chevrolet people without any hesitation. Everybody at Mirak was good to us as far as great customer service goes. It isn't the closest dealership, but it is the best one I went to so far More
I found a 1 year old truck they had online and was very interested. I stopped in and the salesman seemed VERY uninterested. He was older and acted like he really didn't want to be there. In the middle o interested. I stopped in and the salesman seemed VERY uninterested. He was older and acted like he really didn't want to be there. In the middle of showing me the truck, he received a personal call on his cell phone. He then proceeded to talk on his cell phone right in the middle of showing me the truck, and then actually wandered off (still on his phone and without saying anything to me- literally just leaving me standing there) and never came back. It was surreal. I literally bought the same model truck at a different dealership the next day. They actually talked to me. GM then sent me a survey on what I thought about my visit (I had scheduled it online). I put down that the salesman just "wandered off". Waste of time. I later found their prices to be overly expensive anyway. More
