Amazing customer service My truck broke down while in Canada on a holiday weekend. I called the dealership and let them know what had happened, Mike worked extra hard to find My truck broke down while in Canada on a holiday weekend. I called the dealership and let them know what had happened, Mike worked extra hard to find a way to get my family home and tried everything he could. With it being a holiday he had no options other then to have one of his employees come up to Canada to pick us up. They sent a really nice young man named Dylan to get us and even gave us their complimentary car to use until my truck was fixed. Fast forward to today Wednesday, Mike was going to find a way to go up to Canada and get my truck himself. They paid for the truck to get fixed up in Canada and were even willing to go get it for me. After the ride we returned to the dealership and I filled out a brief app and 20 minutes later, I was in my new ride. Mark went far beyond my expectations, helping me with transferring my belongings to my new car. OK, well that was easy. That's not where the story ends. Three days later, Michael in finance manager contacted me to inform me that he was able to get me a better interest rate and reduce my payment by 100.00 dollars! WOW!
