I had not purchased a new car since 1979 and never did enjoy the process in the past. Mike my salesman was very good and showed me all the promotions that were available with out me even asking. They had better pricing than I had received from another dealer. The follow up after the purchase was just great. In the old days I shook hands with the salesman and never heard from him or the dealership again. At Preston they called me, wrote letters, and sent emails to make sure that I was happy with the car. The car is a Chevrolet Cruze, and my wife and I love this car, probably that best built car we have ever owned. Months later we purchased another Cruze for my sister-in-law as she loves the car also. I brought in my 2013 Kia Sorrento for an oil change. I was called to schedule an appointment. I am busy and it was great to recive a call to schedule the appointment.
