Efficiently fast! Had an appt for an oil change at 8am today but had a drs appt at 910am. I went at 730 when they opened, explained my Drs appt, and Mike the service ad Had an appt for an oil change at 8am today but had a drs appt at 910am. I went at 730 when they opened, explained my Drs appt, and Mike the service advisor said no problem and I was out faster. This is not something that prolly could be done all the time, but I appreciated his effort. Payment process went quickly too. More

Joint effort to accommodate my situation the whole team I had issues with my Silverado, the service team went out of there way to help me so far and are telling me they will accommodate me with a loaner tru I had issues with my Silverado, the service team went out of there way to help me so far and are telling me they will accommodate me with a loaner truck so I can continue my work my livelihood.. it stinks to have problems with your vehicles especially one used to support your family but so far very pleased with the effort put forward to help me.. hopefully everything will go as planned. They are the best!!!! Came in looking for a vehicle but didnt have high hopes because my credit wasnt the best. My sales man John kept me positive and didnt treat me any different knowing that I had bad credit. I explained to him that i needed a 3rd row and AWD. He showed me a couple vehicles and one that caught my eye was the Chevy Traverse. He went through all the options and explained the certified warranty to me. Still in my mind I didnt think I would be able to get approved. We go inside and John introduced me to Anthony the finance manager as well as Rocco and Frank who are at the front desk. They all told me to stay positive and let us do everything we can to make it happen. WELL GUESS WHAT THEY DID!!!! I got approved and the entire process was sweet and simple. 2 cars I owed a ot of money Quality Chevrolet bought both my cars which I still owed a lot of money. IO took a lost but in the long run I will make it back. She was such a pleasure and was able to set my appointment at my earliest convenience. When I arrived I was greeted by Matthew Ali. I told Matt wat my expectations were and what my monthly budget was. He not only sat and Listened to my every want and need he also came back with a price that was below my budget. He was very knowledgeable and my experience with him was fun and exciting as what car buying really should be. He took the liberty to give me a tour of the whole building and even set Up my first service appointment which is where I met Craig who was the service manager. Craig also was A pleasure to meet. When I came home with a new car my mother and father were super excited that I was able to get the car that I wanted while saving myself onmy own budget. Even the other sales guys were telling me how great of a guy Matt is and how happy they were to have him working alongside them. I couldn’t have been happier with my experience at quality. I told my mother n father that when it’s time to buy their new cars. That I would introduce them to “my salesman” Matthew Ali. I would recommend anyone who is looking for a great new or used car to go to quality and ask for Matthew Ali. He is tremendous. Also a big thank you to frank and Rocco whom were the managers. Everyone was such a pleasure to meet. Great staff with even better service. And Matt even showed me a home workout that I can do since he is a personal trainer on his days off. More
