The service man always answered my calls. Where I felt frustrated was being told my truck was ready I come to pick up and they were still troubleshooting the AC unit. I know AC can take days Where I felt frustrated was being told my truck was ready I come to pick up and they were still troubleshooting the AC unit. I know AC can take days to complete. Next time please test the AC before having me come to wait a few hours then have to go home because there was more to do. I would have waited because I know AC is complex. However I do really appreciate the review and cost of the repair. That took away my frustration with the process. More
