We’ve purchased 2 vehicles from Roger Beasley, the first was 8 years ago and it went okay but just a year after buying the vehicle the paint began to oxidize (vehicle was 6 years old) and the door locks sto was 8 years ago and it went okay but just a year after buying the vehicle the paint began to oxidize (vehicle was 6 years old) and the door locks stopped working. This year we decided to buy a Mazda so we found the one we liked at Roger Beasley Mazda Central. We came in and decided to purchase the vehicle. We waited over an hour for our trade in to be assessed. We accepted their trade in value and was presented with a price sheet that included warranty charges of $2000 and $1000 that we never discussed. I told them to remove those options. Another 30 minutes later they brought a new price list with a price reduction of $1000 and a charge of $2172 for their warranty. It was easy for them to reduce the price because our car is a repaired hail vehicle. I decided to purchase the wrap warranty (although I did not care for the way it was presented to me, it was confusing) along with their $700 maintenance plan. We did a wire transfer from our bank to them on Friday around 3:00. The salesman, Nawaar, said that he would be in communication with us, he wasn’t. The wire cleared Saturday morning. I did not hear from Nawaar, so I texted him at 2:24 on Saturday. He said he would get back to me, he didn’t. I texted him again. I texted him on Monday morning, hours later he responded that our car was ready. We came to the dealership at 12:30. It took 2 hours to finish our paperwork. Nawaar told us our car was ready but it was not washed nor fueled. He went and filled the tank and come in and told us our car was ready. He did not show us to our car so we tried to find it with the key fob. We couldn’t find it so we had to ask another salesman. Once we got in our car we noticed 2 sets of keys for other vehicles on the lot. We were kind enough to return them. I could not recommend this dealership. More
My friend purchased a 2002 Toyota Rav 4 from this dealership in 2022, with a supposed "warranty". This is not a warranty but an account,which funds are added to the monthly payment. The car is in constant need of repair, there's no money left in the" warranty ", And pretty much my friend is screwed. Nice,I wouldn't buy a wheel barrow from this outfit,out right crooks. More

Love this dealership, always friendly and I love my Mazda. My only beef is that my salesman talked me into buying the rewards package by telling me I could wait a few months, tell service I lost a key Mazda. Sounded like a good deal but when I tried that they told me they would inactive the one I had. So not a very good deal after all and I was embarrassed. More
Previous review from Google: This location is outstanding. I moved to Austin in July and needed 2 new front tires and to save on cost, I went to Discount Tire. They completely messed up my alignment and stated they nothing was wrong and stated I must have hit something. They do not do alignments and sent me to a place they work with which rotated my tires and stated the alignment was fine but the car continued to pull sharply. With my line of work as a mobile physician, I have very limited time during the day and the situation was getting aggravating. I finally went to Roger Beasley Central Austin and Samantha Melhado was absolutely phenomenal and stating she went above and beyond does not even cover it. Turns out I wasn't crazy and the alignment was definitely off. Not only did she come and update me numerous times during my wait, but she got me in right away knowing my work situation and limited time. She, along with the mechanics, were completely honest about when I should have the other two tires replaced instead of trying to sell it to me on that visit. They worked with me with pricing and even got my oil changed that day instead of making me come back. When I had questions on tinting laws, Samantha personally spoke to the appropriate staff and informed me and even gave me recommendations for affordable tinting locations. Today, I am back for an oil change and getting the other two tires from because it is worth every penny to have it done here, not to mention they always work with me with cost. I came yesterday and they were slammed so Paul Ojeda said to personally call him when I am on my way today and he will make sure I am taken care of, and he absolutely stayed true to his word. Samantha, Paul and any managers/staff involved today, again exceeded my expectations. Currently, Paul Ojeda continues to go above and beyond every visit and now I look forward to leasing my next vehicle from this location in the next couple of months. More
