My new car I randomly decided to go to the dealership today while I was getting my car fixed at Hyundai. He allowed me to test drive a few cars and was really helpful in assiting me in making the prefect decision in which car to take home with me. I knew that my previous car had a high milage and was losing its value so it was important for me to get it off my hands as soon as possible. Michael Shannon fought to get the best rate and car note. Best car buying experience I have ever had After leaving another dealership earlier that day I was a little uneasy about buying a car. But we went to see Gene and Kiefer and I am so happy that After leaving another dealership earlier that day I was a little uneasy about buying a car. But we went to see Gene and Kiefer and I am so happy that we made that decision. They worked with us to get the car we wanted at better price then what it was advertised for. Gene and Kiefer were so friendly and didnt make us feel like we were being "sold" which is a great feeling when buy something such as a car.They put our financial concerns first and I appreciate that. Since we were there at a popular time (3pm on a saturday) we were waiting a little long but Kiefer was great company and Gene even went the extra mile and offered us lunch, which was so nice especially since I am 6 months pregnant and hungry all of the time. When dinner time came around Kiefer offerd to buy us dinner but by that time we were signing paperwork and out of the door. When it came time to fill out the paperwork there were no hidden fees or added charges and the price was exactly what we had agreed to. I would recommend Gene and Kiefer to any one that is looking to purchase a car and does not want to get the run around because they go the extra mile to make sure you get what you want and are comfortable.
