This dealership is handling our complimentary Hyundai servicing plan for new vehicles. We had a tire issue that we suspected maybe a faulty sensor or a minor flat. The dealership said it was a flat, and servicing plan for new vehicles. We had a tire issue that we suspected maybe a faulty sensor or a minor flat. The dealership said it was a flat, and they supposedly marked the tire with the flat. We went to another tire shop who clearly stated 1. Nothing was marked 2. Was no flat and likely just a sensor issue. The other tire company fixed it for free as it cost them nothing but tiny amounts of time to rebook the tire and remove the donut. The dealer was trying to scam and charge us $40+. Never ever use their repair service as they are scammers. You are better off getting their assessment if they provide one for free and getting a second opinion somewhere else. These are the kind of people and companies that people need to avoid. More
