Out of 7 dealerships, Lilly at Transwest was the ONLY one that replied to my emails personally from the very beginning, not 5 automated responses. She answered all our questions and concerns without the hassle. We traveled 6 hrs on a weekend and Lilly made sure we had directions and knew exactly who to deal with before we arrived. When we arrived, the vehicle was waiting for us up front and ready. We were greeted by all the employees that morning and offered beverages and a relaxing atmosphere. After a test drive, we sat down and made the sale. The team at Transwest is friendly, honest, and by far one of the best! I recently purchased a race car hauler from Transwest in Denver. I saw the vehicle advertised on the internet, and was interested but I had never thought of buying something this expensive ($100,000+) used Denver. I saw the vehicle advertised on the internet, and was interested but I had never thought of buying something this expensive ($100,000+) used and without driving it. I called Taylor Meneley, who was great in explaining all the features of the truck and trailer as well as the history and condition on the rig. Taylor took more than an entire days work by the end of the week to make sure he answered all of my many, repeated questions, and was always prompt in getting back to me with additional photos and details. I even called him several times on his cell phone after hours and weekends, and he was consistently happy to help me and enjoyable to converse with. I decided after all of this to go to Denver with my wife and look at the truck, as I felt I would not be disappointed. When we arrived at the airport, we were more than two hours late - but Taylor was waiting at the gate, on a Saturday, as promised. We knew he usually did not work on weekends as a commercial salesman, but he made a special trip himself instead of sending one of the lot guys to come and get us. He took us to lunch at a fantastic mexican restaurant, and made sure we were all set for the night in Denver. He even offered to pay for our hotel! My wife and I were very impressed and we had not even seen the truck yet. For a young man of his age, we felt he was truly a professional. We took a short drive to the dealership, which is an amazing facility, they have every kind of truck you could imagine on site. I'm often curious about different vehicles, so we took a tour of the facility and looked at all kinds of trucks and service procedures. After two more hours of our salesman's weekend, I knew more about trucks than I ever imagined! After I was done kicking tires, we looked at the best purchase I feel we have ever made besides our home - Our new Renegade Hauler. I was speechless when I saw the truck for the first time in person, it was everything Taylor had said it was and then a lot more. My wife was even excited about it! The vehicle could not have been more perfect. The paperwork process was very straightforward and simple, which is usually my least favorite part. At no point did I feel that Transwest was anything less than a top-notch company, and their employees act like it. Taylor got us through the finance process very quickly and got us exactly what we asked for in a finance package. This was a big deal as the loan was as big as some home loans! We also had the pleasure of meeting Taylor's boss, Tom Pennington, who was also a credit to this company's reputation as the best in the business. Sooner or later it was time to hit the road back to OK, so we said our goodbyes and went on our way. The truck performed flawlessly which is unusual for a used anything. We felt great about our purchase as we went through the truck more at home, and could not be happier today. We have called Taylor many times with questions since, and he is always as helpful as he was the day we first asked about the truck, which has not been my experience with other dealers. It seems like they do not care after they have your money, but these guys have gone out of their way every time to make sure my question no matter how stupid is answered quickly. I know who we will be calling anytime we need another vehicle, and that is Transwest. We are not close to them, but we have decided we will call them when it's time to replace our pickups and Tahoe and make sure that we get Taylor's advice first. He is a younger guy, but he knows the business and treats customers the right way, and is very bright. We felt as though we were talking to a businessman the whole time, and felt cared for.
