I've worked with Alan a couple of times now and he knows more about the products he's selling than any other salesperson I've met. It's great to find someone that loves cars as much as he does. I will strongly recommend Randy Wise to my family and friends. I had a very specific set of requirements and a set price range to work with. Jamie Morris was my primary contact and he provided me with friends. I had a very specific set of requirements and a set price range to work with. Jamie Morris was my primary contact and he provided me with both a new car option and a used car option that fit my needs. I never felt pressured to purchase but simply felt comfortable and confident with the information that I was provided. At the dealership I surprised to find the attention to detail that went into delivering my car. It was spotless inside and out, it was GM certified and came with a 6 month On-Star membership for free! Simply my best car purchasing experience ever. More

Purchased used car for my daughter. The salesperson was very helpful and straight forward. Got an excellent trade amount for our old car and a below market price for the new one. Don't trust these guys. They pulled the bait and switch on us three times. We would be told that they have a car that we were interested in so come down and check it out. Then when we got there "sorry, we on us three times. We would be told that they have a car that we were interested in so come down and check it out. Then when we got there "sorry, we JUST sold that one". THREE TIMES! Then we found another one that we were interested in that was listed for $35,000 MSRP on their website. When we contacted them about it we were told the MSRP was $39,000. When I asked about the price difference I got the "oh, I thought you were talking about another car", even though I gave him the stock number. DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS!!!!! If you are in the market for a Chevy in the Ann Arbor area I suggest Bill Crispin. Honest, better to deal with and we got $600 more for a trade in than Wise was going to give us. More
