I originally went to this dealership looking for a new SUV. When we arrived on the lot Brian walked out to greet my daughter and i immediately. He then asked us what i was looking for in a car and i told SUV. When we arrived on the lot Brian walked out to greet my daughter and i immediately. He then asked us what i was looking for in a car and i told him SUV and big. He showed me some of the new big SUV's. He then gave me a price quote on a new SUV fully loaded. I was iffy at this point about the price but i was still happy with him but the price was a little more then i wanted to spend. He then asked if i would consider getting a used car. I said yes if there was an extended warranty on the car. So he started showing me A Yukon and a Tahoe. We fell in love with the Tahoe. The Tahoe was fully loaded and fit all of our needs but the dealer informed us we could get the Yukon which was a year older and was the basic model (they could add everything) for a better price then the Tahoe. So we agreed. In the end i got everything i wanted for a great price. I feel that the dealership wanted me to have the car i wanted and made sure i was able to get it with all the bells and whistles too. Overall this is a great dealership and I love Brian as a salesmen. I would definitely recommend him to everyone. This dealership wants to make their clients happy. Also I never felt pressured by Brian or the financing person, I just felt like they wanted me to leave with a car that I wanted and could afford. GO BRIAN!!!!!!!! More

Both of the sales individuals noted above provided excellent customer service over and above what I have experienced at other dealers. They went out of their way to insure I had a great experience and worked to meet my time needs for delivery of the new vehicle and installation of the aftermarket dvd player. They also were always available as they embraced technology like email to stay in touch. If more dealerships had individuals like these fellas maybe GM would never had had to file for bankruptcy.
