this dealership never washes or vacuums my car, for as much money as they charge for route maintenance they should at least wash and vacuum the car. I also think for the long wait times the least they sh much money as they charge for route maintenance they should at least wash and vacuum the car. I also think for the long wait times the least they should offer is bottled water and snacks to their customers, but on my last visit there, I was so glad I had my own water bottle with me as there was only a water fountain to refill my water. The no longer had bottle or snacks for their customers. Probably the employees ruined that for the customers as I often saw employees taking from the customer's designated refrigerator and snack basket. More
Bad customer service, I waited 2 hours to be told I needed parts for what I came in to fix that day and waited month later appointment ,what's the purpose having a Parts Dept. If you don't have parts n needed parts for what I came in to fix that day and waited month later appointment ,what's the purpose having a Parts Dept. If you don't have parts needed to do job that your all knew what I was coming into get fixed....worst Service center I ever been to. Then they made me pay for my part before getting it ordered to fix my side mirror and my recall on my 2013 Kia. Now waiting AGAIN for appointment to come again to get it fix... More

I’ve been so disappointed from the beginning n Ik u guys probably don’t care with all the people that go there. I was excited at the beginning to be approved in getting my new car. It took a while n I get i probably don’t care with all the people that go there. I was excited at the beginning to be approved in getting my new car. It took a while n I get it it takes time but honestly I wasn’t given any options other than this one only car. Me being grateful for getting one I didn’t say much. I was only shown one car no other. Then the guy closing was in a hurry to get me out n to leave for home that didn’t offer me any other any options. I’m the one that asked about gap. One day the thing that moves my rear view mirrors fell inside the door panel. I called to see if I could make an appointment n it took two mos. to get an appt. I had trouble adjusting my mirrors w/o it working. When I went in for my appt. they said I didn’t have one but would work me in but I would have to wait for a break from others. I went in for an oil change last Thursday n I waited almost 21/2 hrs. For an oil change. I’m sorry we went there to begin with but Ik now that I can go somewhere else for that. But I feel if I ever need anything to be done for my car I’ll have to wait forever for an appt. I just pray my car will never have any problems cause it’ll take a long time to bring it in for an appt. More
