I CONTACTED ASHLEY RODRIQUEZ, AND WORKED WITH HER DURING THE ACQUISITION OF A 2020 GMC CANYON 4X4 DENALI....HER SUPPORT WAS VERY GRACIOUS AND PROFESSIONAL. I DO BELIEVE THAT MANAGEMENT/FINANCIAL SHOULD HAVE BEEN MORE HELPFUL AND EXPEDIENT AS I WAS AN OUT-OF STATE BUYER AND DID NOT HAVE TO VISIT THE LOCATION. THE VEHICLE WAS MISSING THE SECOND(2nd) SET OF KEYS AND THERE WAS SOME DAMAGE TO THE TOP OF TAILGATE THAT WAS NOT OBVIOUS UNTIL IT ARRIVED AT MY OUT-OF STATE LOCATION......ASHLEY OFFERED TO REPLACE THE KEYS AS TH PROTOCOL OF THE DEALERSHIP APPARENTLY DID NOT OFFER. THE DENT IN TOP OF TAILGATE WAS A SURPRISE ALTHOUGH I DO BELIEVE THAT MANAGEMENT MAY HAVE KNOWN ABOUT IT AND I WILL HAVE TO REPAIR IT.
