My experience with dealers in West Palm had been absolutely terrible until I took a chance on Mazda of Palm Beach and I'm glad I did...Edwin from the moment he reached out he was prompt and courteous and respectful and a class act of an individual..I was treated with the upmost respect and courtesy by every employee and the experience was amazing...I recently lost my brother but they way I was treated with out these people knowing I was dealing with a personal loss...is deeply appreciated...I will only do business with Edwins and this dealership as a result and I would recommend anyone that want to treated with respect and kindness to do the same...top notch organization and highly professional, passionate and kind people here.

My only critique is with Mazda financing. If a monthly payment is agreed upon once, then adding any additional financial fees (however important) afterwards feels very much like a “bait and switch” tactic. It feels disingenuous, like getting the rug pulled out from under the feet. Regardless, the staff at this location were all polite and professional and were happy to answer all our questions. The manager was also attentive and made sure we were able to stay close to the budget we initially agreed upon.

I purchased a pre-owned Toyota Camry from this Dealership on 1 March. I wanted to commend Michael, Tim, and Rod, for providing Outstanding Customer Service from beginning to end! They were very professional and courteous and made you feel like they really cared about what you were looking for in a vehicle, and they weren't just going through the motions. The purchase was very quick and didn't take hours to complete. I am a Veteran and they let me know they appreciated the sacrifices I had to make while serving. All three professionals are my idea of what a sales team should be. I think they should be recognized for their efforts and if/when I buy another vehicle in the future, this Dealership will be one of my first to go to for the buy because of these outstanding individuals!!!

My salesman, Greg was respectful, kind, and considerate taking the time to explain certain options and wasn't hard nosed or degrading.
