The staff here are all deserving of an AAA rating, they were very helpful and value for opinion as to what I was looking for. I recently purchased a new Outlander for my wife for Mother's Day and my salesman Scott Breeding was very professional and was able to answer all my questions. The Sales manager Dereck Jones and my finance manager Jarmal Berry are topnotch and very professional, they wanted to make sure that all my needs were address with the purchase of our new 2024 Outlander SEL. I have been a customer of the Green Family stores for 20 years. We received a letter in the mail to come to the new Green Hyundai to see the specials on the 2023 Santa Fe's. We took time out of our day to go in and check it out. We found a Santa Fe we liked and sat down to look at the numbers and we were so low balled on our trade that it was insulting. Mike was our sales person and we had never dealt with him before. When I gave him a copy of my license, I had inadvertently gave him a copy of an expired of an ID that he didn't need. Instead of just handing it back to me he made a copy of it. Needless to say we walked out of there dumbfounded. I sent a message to Green about our experience and as of now have not heard a word from them. Their motto is "it's not about cars, it's about people" I don't believe this is true anymore. We will no longer buy from Green.

Absolutely disgusting treatment by Mike Chino, Ken Lew - JM

Absolutely disgusting treatment by Mike Chino, Ken Lew and Kyle Copeland with Gerald Service Department. In the last 6 months, my vehicle has needed a replacement motor, motor mounts, coil packs, transmission and transmission mounts. It is still broken, but the dealership is lying and saying there was an "incident" and they refuse to service my vehicle which is still under warranty. The only "incident" was that three of their employees, including Kyle and Ken, aggressively approached me regarding my concerns, unnecessarily escalating an already bad situation. My car has been in the shop on average of every 1500 miles for major repairs for the last four years. The service department is incompetent, dishonest, and incredibly rude. Do yourself a favor and go to Napleton, you won't get quality service from Gerald. You will get lied to, bullied and harassed. If you are looking to purchase, stay far away from Hyundai and the Gerald Group, unless you want to be treated like dirt. They do not value you as a customer. Also, please note that Mike Chino bribes people to remove bad reviews, which is why you don't see many listed here.

I was use to being taken care of by My service rep Estovan But he saw me having complications with another rep and intervened... HE said I needed to see BK, Salesmanager.. BK Works hard to assure all customers past and present are satisfied when they leave. My daughter purchased a year ago and BK remembers my daughter's journey how crazy, right? BK was the man to seal the deal....Well today there was a decrepancy with service and my understanding of oil changes and just as calm as he helped my daughter to spend money on her purchase he showed us how to save in maintenence.... He listened well and took into consideration my thoughts of the matter and he understood why the contract would be confusing to me. He clarified my concerns with compassions and sent me on my day feeling better than i felt standings at the service desk... Thanks BK continue to display your calming spirit, it inturns calms the customer.... Continue to be a great listener by hearing your customers out completely and addressing concerns as they come....It's hard to stay upset talking to him.... TYYYYY

Showroom was VERY busy when I arrived Client associate (salesman) Tom Scimeca was waiting to help me immediately. We went for a test drive , The car was exactly as described & just what I was looking for. Tom was great. We negotiated a great price along w/my trade in w/used car Sales mgr.Jose’ & completed everything promptly. I had done my homework on the vehicle in all competing dealerships in market place. Tom & Jose’ were complete professionals & pleasure to do business with. Ketyra handled all the documentation accurately & immediately The entire experience was outstanding. Purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership last year brand new 1 for me and the wife. First I purchased the tire extended warranty that covered nothing. So far I’ve shelled out almost $600 for 2 tires since last year. Then the dealership tried to charge me for a faulty radio/infotainment system in the car as I updated according to the the manufactures guide I did my truck but the wife’s car wouldn’t take the update so til it to the dealership ace was told I would have to pay for the update to see if it’s the system which made no sense to me and if it wasn’t the system if be refunded. So I tips them to install and run the system test then I’ll pay if it’s not the system in which it was the system and they looked silly and it took them a total of 6 1/2 hours and they never came and gave an update or anything but just came to me and said oh you need a new radio we’ve got to order it and we’ll call even it gets in which was almost a month oh on top of that I had to call to see if it was in. Ava after all that waiting not even a discount on the work i was getting done on both cars. Then today my car is supposed to get free complimentary maintenance for 3 years which are just oil changes and tire rotations. But today they told me I didn’t have enough miles for the free oil change. Hyundai recommends oil changes every 7500 miles but the sticker they put in the window last oil change didn’t say that and I asked why because they the dealership recommend oil change every 3450 mile’s I asked why and was told because it’s Illinois which makes no sense I drive my truck to and from work only the truck was bought February 2022 brand new and all i have is 19000 miles on the car so I don’t drive the car hard it out a lot of miles on it. To make a long story short I ended up paying almost $100 for an oil change the was supposed to be complimentary. Was told too talk to the salesman about the maintenance plan I purchased and I said I didn’t purchase a plan I bought the truck brand new and it comes with 3 years complimentary maintenance and they just looked crazy. Buyers and owners please beware take caution when going to this dealership. Don’t trust them.

I purchased my new car in WI and didn't have a local dealer yet to work with. I needed help attaching my front license plate. I pulled up and Dean was proactive and very helpful. He attached it for me so I could drive away quickly rather then wait unnecessarily in the service line.
