He is very kind, personable, friendly, and knowledgeable about the Toyota products. He was extremely accommodating and put me at ease when going through this process. Victoria was great as well. She was very patient with me as she helped me with the Toyota App and answered all of my questions about the functions of the car. Daniel was also very friendly when it came to payment and warranty options. Overall, I would highly recommend Olathe Toyota for first time car buyers!
