I went to Team Chevrolet of Goldsboro on Friday, April the 26th to get my oil changed & tires rotated. Upon check-in, I was told that one of my air pressure sensors was out/bad. The gentleman asked if I wanted them to check it while there. Sure!! When I left, NONE of the sensors were working! I called the service department and was told that it should reset. After driving about 80 miles it had NOT RESET. I set appointment to take car back for it to be checked. I was then told that when the sensors are tested it knocks ALL of them out. If that had been told to me (if I had been aware) that the outcome was as it is now, I would NOT have had it tested! This is BAD customer service all around. Now I'm driving around without any tire pressure sensors working. Thanks alot....NOT!!!!
