The dealership had a very diverse inventory of new & used bmws for me to look at. And the salesman I selected Ken Delk exceeded my expectations and eventually decided to buy 2023 BMW X4 M40i. And additionally when I brought my girl friend to review the car Mike Delczeg explained & showed us many of the technology features we were looking for. I would rate my overall experience at BMW Westlake as extraordinary and would 100% recommend them.

A shout out for the splendid work by the Service Department! Service Manager Tim and Technician Jeremy did a GREAT job installing a radar detector for my recently purchased BMW. Their task was made more difficult, as locating a “switched” circuit on a modern day BMW is a significant challenge. They knew it was important to me, they persevered, and I’m thrilled! This is a great service department, with Service Advisor Kaitlin keeping track of the progress! ….also, the buying experience from Sales Manager Ed and Client Advisor Igor was wonderful! (full disclosure: have purchased four new BMWs from Ed over the years – the man is a legend!)

This was my first visit for service at Kelly, I have been going to the other BMW WANT dealer on the other side of town. (Good riddance). I needed an oil change and suspected my 2016 with 143k needed a front wheel bearing replaced. Zac was very good at listening to my concern, and indeed the wheel bearing was the issue creating a humming noise. Zac was good at keeping me informed and the work was completed on time and the checkout was quick. Kelly is my new place for service.

The absolute worst service we’ve ever encountered in the - Disappointed customer

The absolute worst service we’ve ever encountered in the years we’ve owned vehicles. We were given the run around regarding repairs needed. Told one thing needed repaired however paid for an entirely different piece. Quoted the wrong price before repairs. We live an hour and a half away and had to have the car towed to this location due to the proximity of the flat. I will happily spend the extra money and have the car towed to anywhere but this dealership for servicing. Absolute worst experience. If I were you run the a Other direction.

Took his time to listen Time took his time to listen and understand my situation more Importantly I felt Marvin genuinely did everything in his power to help me. 🧠- My BMW genius Ryan Vinci is literally a walking google when it comes to BMW. I worked with Jeff Allen. I was looking for a very rare allocation and Jeff spent several days contacting other dealerships to have one of the last 12 build spots transferred to bmw Cleveland. Since none were willing to trade Jeff emailed me the list of dealers so that I could still lock down a build slot. Witho to making any commission he still ensured that I was a happy customer. I’ll buy my next car from Jeff!

With the reputation BMW has, my experience is completely inexcusable. i seem to be stuck between 4 dealership shifting blame for unresolved and shoddy work related to the same matter. as a crisis nurse, I have been traveling to various assignments due to cold-19 and I'm not getting the support in finally getting the issue addressed once and for all. Each dealership has provided me a different remedy for the same issue which hasn't been resolved AND each dealership points fingers at prior bmw service department for shoddy/incomplete/low quality work. It only has been serviced at bmw and it seems that there's no quality assurance across the brand. In addition, It seems to me that this was a known issue with the vehicle, but nobody diagnosed it correctly until after the warranties I purchased had expired. Is that how business is run by BMW? Avoiding diagnosing issues correctly until after warranties have passed so they can avoid paying for the repairs and instead passing that cost to the customer? I first addressed this issue 2 days after purchasing the car at Voss village of bmw. It has taken this long and multiple trips to different BMW dealerships. I need this issue resolved and paid for as soon as possible and I appreciate your timely response and resolution.
