First off, Eric Groesser is/was my Ford Agent, and he is fantastic. Does whatever he can for you, extremely trustworthy, and also very quick/efficient to get things done. He makes himself available to take care of whatever you need. Again, trustworthy as they come. Personally, I never thought I would own Ford cars/trucks, but we are now a Ford Family as I know I will always be taken care of. Donna in Finance was excellent, as well.

I went to test drive a vehicle with no intention of buying, I just wanted to make sure before putting further effort into looking to it that I would like it. Bryan H took me for a test drive and never once made me feel pressured. I even discussed a different vehicle that I had in mind & he gave me pros/cons of both. When we finished test driving he handed me his card & sent me on the way. I was back 2-3 hours later initiating the buy process because I had such a good experience talking with him. In the past I’ve felt almost held hostage after a test drive. I love my explorer & do not regret my decision! I also worked with Daniel for finance & he really Listened to my concerns on where I wanted to keep my payment while giving me the best options that worked for me. I’ll come back to Ford for future car needs just based off on how nice & personable the staff is. Thanks everyone!

The Brondes Group is what I've come to expect. I drove my 1973 Ford Gran Torino Sport out of the showroom in '73. Just recently bought a '22 Ford Ranger and a '24 Ford Mustang. I brought the truck in for an oil change and tire rotation. The service was thorough and efficient. Service advisor was courteous and attentive, as always. I look forward to many more years of doing business with Brondes.

He was great to work with. NO pressure, which I had been worried about. I highly recommend that you see Dan if you are looking for a car --- new or used!!!

Writing this in regards to my mother in law. She took the car she bought from them in for service & oil change on May 16th. They supposedly did a full inspection & changed all filters. One week later the car’s fan starting making a terrible noise. She took it in, they had her sit there for 4 hours. Told her that in one week a rodent built a nest from fender to fender, that it was a strong rodent because it bent metal, then charged her over $400.00 to “clean out the nest”, replaced a filter that supposedly was changed a week earlier, never fixing the fan or noise. Donley told her the engine needed to be removed to fix the fan & it would not be covered under her extended warranty. Had her take it to another Ford dealership, fan is being fixed under warranty, engine does not need to be removed. Donley saw an elderly widow & took advantage. This is sad & pathetic.

The absolute worst car-buying experience ever! I was told the used SUV I was buying was fully checked out, serviced, and ready to go, so I made all necessary arrangements on my end and traveled three hours to get there. I arrive to be told of a power window problem that "just happened this morning." We then take it for a drive only to note a bad shimmy. Their solution was to swap the new tires & chrome heels with a set of used tires on black rims. The shimmy is fixed, but then we can hear bad strut bearings. The manager then offers a $500 discount to take it that way. When I insist they pay to fix it, he then wants to cap their liability at $900! I declined and left fully SIX HOURS after I arrived for another three hour home with no SUV!

Jason, Rob, and Bob, and the rest of the sales staff are very honest and forthright. This is our second vehicle purchase from this dealership. The service division is also very professional as well. All our vehicles have been serviced by this serviced by them as well.
