Bought a pre owned Cadillac and less than 3 months after owning it, had a major problem with the stabilization pump. I live about an hour + from Guthrie, but called and made an appointment. They found the problem but were not sure they could locate the pump. Found it in OKC! Young man ran to get it during lunch, and I was up an running about 2 hours later. While I waited, the service dept kept me informed and Marcia took extra special care of me. They are THE BEST people I have ever had the pleasure to work with. I would recommend (and have recommended them) to anyone interested in purchasing a new or used car. They have my business and my trust for sure. Glad they are there. GREAT group of people.

We purchased a Tahoe from this dealership on July 30th. At that time we traded in a Yukon that still had money owed on it. We of course worked this into our deal. We were told trade in would be paid off in 10 business days. Well on August 21st lien holder for Yukon drafted a payment from our account. So my husband called dealership and was told someone dropped the ball and we will get it paid off today and we will refund you the payment that they drafted. So we waited a week or so and checked with lien holder and still no payoff. So we called dealership again. Well they would have to look into it. So finally they called back and said that it was paid off on September 4th. So we check with lien holder and it still hasn't been paid off. I called them today and was told that they do not overnight payments or send them anyway that is traceable because that costs them money. Then I find out that they have already sold the Yukon. I don't know how this is possible since they do not have a lien release for the vehicle. They have done nothing but lie and talk in circles. I would not buy another vehicle from them if he'll froze over. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and I will also be contacting the Attorney Generals Office.

I came into this dealer with a faoiling radio in my 2017 Chysler 300S. This is what happened: 1) I was told to replace the radio/nav system was apoximately $3,000.00 2) I was told this was an ongoing problem with these chrystler radio/nav system 3) I was immediately handed a sheet of paper with an offer to trade my car in!!! What would you think? Here is a huge bill to fix something fairly simple on your car but we are anxious to sell you a new car. If that dealer EVER WANTED TO EARN MY BUSINESS they would have gone to Chrysler on my behalf and asked for a deal for a replacement radio/nav system. I will NEVER GO BACK to this dealership.
