Took longer than expected. Matthew was great to work with over the last 10 months to getting this deal together. We cannot blame the Sales team or Facility for not having our vehicle. We wanted the features + color + trim, we waited. Nearly 4 hours from arrival to departure but our vehicle is fantastic. Gas mileage, Ride, style, features (didn't check all of our boxes) but still provides better value than our last vehicle.

We needed to upgrade our vehicle due to the fact that our smaller vehicle no longer fit our family with the addition of a baby car seat. We arrived at the KIA dealership on a busy Saturday afternoon, Ed Aguirre was working with other customers but took the time to take care of us also. We were able to purchase our new KIA Sorento that same day. We made arrangements to pick the car up on Tuesday around our work schedule. Great experience, we enjoyed working with Ed, he was able to answer all my questions and explain the new additions that I was not familiar with. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a new vehicle stopping in to see Ed Aguirre.

The finance guy was great, low pressure and someone you'd actually trust to work for your best interest. Bryan in service has been awesome to work with since the sale. Good people at a small town dealership that seem to actually value their customers.

We were considering a new vehicle and researching available new vehicles of the previous model year meeting our other desired criteria. Monroeville Kia was one of the dealers who had what we were looking for. We reached out to 3 dealers to schedule test drives of cars that were listed on their website. The two other dealers "just sold" the cars we were interested in but would be happy to "show us other vehicles". (One still had the car on their site a week later...) Monroeville had both vehicles on their website that we were considering. Points for honesty! We scheduled an appointment for the next day. I met Rob in the morning and after a short discussion, determined which car was the right one. A Plug in Hybrid, Kia Sportage, X-Line Prestige. He had the car pulled up for a test drive and started talking the features of the car in general while we were waiting. Once in the car, Rob dove deeper into the features and options of the specific car. Being the Prestige, there were a lot of them, and he took time to explain all that I had questions about.. The conversation continued as I took a test drive. I was allowed to pick my route for the test drive, not directed to a specific path. I found hills, corners, bumpy roads and a complicated intersection to experience the features he had described. Points for a positive experience. Once back at the dealership we started talking about pricing and the final payment. We got to an agreeable number quicker than I had expected. Points for being considerate of my time. I had to leave to pick up my wife from work (a dealership that let you walk out!) Points for a unique customer experience! When we got back, she took her test drive, again where she wanted to go, and barrage of questions. When she was done having her questions answered we decided to purchase the car. Financing took about as long as we had expected and there were no changes in the payment amount Rob and I had discussed earlier. Points for no surprises! In the closing process we had no nonsense discussions regarding additional services and extended warranties. There was no pressure to accept any of the offers. We did take the extended bumper to bumper warranty because it was beneficial to us in the past, and with all of the electronics on this vehicle, it seems almost a necessity. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and we are very happy with the vehicle and the outcome. We had a Kia two cars ago. We used Monroeville Kia for service after we had a disappointing experience with the dealer we purchased the previous Kia from. The service we received then was one of the reasons we were shopping at Monroeville Kia for this car.

I highly recommend this dealership to anyone when my wife’s car was totaled. I was driving through there a lot. On my way home from work and One of the sales persons came out named Jennifer and I told her I was just looking right now to replace my wife’s total vehicle. She showed me a couple vehicles that were what I was looking for but out of my price range and then she brought me something else out and we ended up taking it that night, three weeks later, I ended up doing the same thing at the same dealership and buying a second vehicle for my daughter. Jennifer was not available so she gave me to a reliable sales person who took care of us with great care and they even discounted the car to help with my financial budget of buying a car for my daughter .

I just purchased a 2023 Sorento from Cochran Kia. They made the car buying process straightforward and fair. They even corrected an error that occurred in the finance office, giving me a better deal than expected due to a year end Kia Incentive. Long story short, I was charged $500 more than I should have been. I discovered the error, and informed my sales associate. I also asked him to pass along the information to his manager. Naturally, I thought the worst, and did not expect to hear back. This morning, I received a call from the general sales manager, and was informed I would receive a check in the mail for $500 plus the extra tax I paid. They could have chose to do nothing, but instead, they acted with integrity and made the situation right. I appreciate that honest approach throughout the entire process, and will choose Cochran Kia again in the future.

i’m embarrassed to even write this review that I have fell for the tactics that we used against me in the purchasing of a vehicle. I had an agreement before I left for a certain amount per month over period of time. When I came back to close on the vehicle they told me there was a problem with my credit that they could not do the agreed upon contract stating they guess at my credit score when agreeing to terms that I put a deposit down on. First of all I ran my own credit both I went and told them exactly what it was. secondly, I have an app that lets me know when my credit has been ran and who ran it. It showthat they ran it through several financial financial companies that day before I put the deposit out as well as having me sign a documents, stating it was OK for them to run my credit. I stated these facts to to the financial manager in which he told me it’s no big deal if you don’t want the vehicle anymore. if I was smart, I would’ve taken that opportunity to leave leave and dealt with a different dealership that doesn’t employ these kind of tactics. Instead I sit there and listen to him explain to me that it’s not his fault he’s just the guy trying to make it right by me and if he could try to work a deal for me still. at this point, I’m feeling a little desperate as I took a lot of heat from my spouse about my decision to even look at vehicles and finally was able to get the okay to purchase the vehicle for the price and term that agreed to prior to this episode. so I already took the whole day off from work had the insurance lined up? They already wasted a couple hours of my time with paperwork and an idle chitcha and cleaning out my old vehicle items and placing them in my new vehicle . All before hitting me with the news of a problem. They must’ve been able to smell the desperation off me as I was in need of a car as my old one was not as reliable and big enough for my growing family. I did my research on the vehicle knew that it was a decent price on the first deal that I agreed to and put a deposit on and everything add up. So why in the world would I fall for this next move still has me baffled and confused. The financial manager comes back and explains to me that He did a me a huge favor and found another financial company that was willing to give me the monthly payment I was looking for for a little more time, and I bit hook line and sinker. So essentially just gave them another year worth of payments out of panic. roughly almost 8000 more dollars than I intended to pay for a vehicle. I thought I did my research and my due diligence and knew what I was getting into. After getting home and my nerves settling down and the feeling of just being grateful that I had a vehicle I thought about it and started doing research as my brain started to clear from panic. I went directly to one of the financial institutes gave them my information told him the vehicle amount the year, the miles and would you believe it they gave me the monthly payment in the year terms that I originally agreed to. At this point, I’ve done my research in Pennsylvania the sale is final as soon as you sign the contract so I have no recourse. Now it’s time to come clean to my spouse on how I epically failed my family. Do yourself a huge favor and avoid this dealership like the plague or a least have your own financing in place and know that no agreement between the salesperson and you means anything even if you signed and placed a deposit

If I could give them a 0 I would! When Kia's started getting broken into and stolen in my area, Kia refused to provide us with a Club for the steering wheel. After our vehicle got broken into twice and the window got smashed both times they refused to help pay for the new windows or do the service themselves. They also blew off my calls. Then my husband locked the key in the car accidently and they made him wait over an hour before informing him he was "too far" for them to come out and help him. They instead told us to file a claim with our insurance, which would negatively effect our insurance score and rates! I had to leave work early and drive an hour to bring him the second key. When I asked to speak to a manager they ignored my call and have yet to call me back. Kia sucks, and there vehicles are made horribly and cheaply as well! NEVER BUY A KIA!!!!

No idea why others have had problems....We always buy from this dealership, we've purchased about a dozen cars from them in the past seven years. Only had an issue with 1 of the cars (used) and they made it right. The last 2 vehicles we purchased from them were personally delivered to our home by our salesman Luiz who even had dinner delivered to us. Luiz is like family to us now and is always helpful and informative working hard to get you the best deal possible. We had no problem in 2022 when we wanted to pay cash for one of the vehicles, it was an easy transaction, called told them what we wanted and that it would be a cash sale. We brought a cashier's check in signed the papers and were on our way.

But Not all sales people are NOT created equal. Never heard back from the day of the sale . Pricing was OK ,But , trying to set up routine service is a nightmare . Called three times , never a answer, just a voice message , Leave a number ! I just wanted to speak to a human and schedule a appointment .They call back whenever !! Their web site and scheduling is NOT customer friendly . Would be glad to speak to their service manager to recommend some changes to their process.
