Abner was great! He was friendly and easy to work with. There was a pending inspection on the used car we were interested in, but we wanted to secure a spot in lin He was friendly and easy to work with. There was a pending inspection on the used car we were interested in, but we wanted to secure a spot in line, so we started the paperwork with the stipulation that a hard credit check would not be done. I informed Abner, who told his boss (I believe James Ramos) that I was already pre-approved through my credit union and they were a FastTrack dealer. We all knew the car could not be purchased during this visit. I was told my personal information was only to "confirm with the credit union that I was pre-approved" and that they were not processing a hard credit pull. I agreed to that and reiterated that I did not consent to a credit pull...well, it was pulled. While I sat there, my credit monitoring service texted me that Puente Hills Fords had just processed the inquiry. The next day, it turned out that the car did not pass inspection and could not be sold. Fine, these things happen, so I walked away and had an inquiry on my credit report to remember this experience. A week later, I was about to purchase a from a different dealer, but they could not process my CU preapproval because Puente Hills Ford had tied up my application through the CUDL system and it was locked. It took a couple of hours to clear it up. Thanks, Puente Hills Ford. More

Aber and Alonso were very helpful! They were kind and professional and made the process flow smoothly. As far as financing, Kristen Sophiea, she was rude and ill-mannered. She was not personable and we found her to be offensive. When making a big purchase, whether it be a home, car, etc., there is a certain level of respect that should be considered towards the client. She disregarded us and our questions completely as a family purchasing a "family car". She was irritated every time we asked a question and tried her least to explain anything to us. We would never recommend anyone to her or ever work with her again! Because of Kristen, We would not recommend this dealership, unless they had another option to work with a different financing agent. More
