I understand your frustration, however when you dropped off your vehicle at 11:00 am the service consultant explained to you that your vehicle may not get looked at until the following morning. As soon as our technician had a diagnosis the service consultant called your extended warranty company, Car Shield, who denied the repairs to your vehicle. After denial by Car Shield the service consultant called you and went over the diagnosis and you approved the repairs. I have spoken to the cashier about not having your car pulled up when you picked up. That is not normally how we handle customer pickups. In the future if there is no one available to pull the car around the cashier will walk the customers to their cars.

I understand the advisor did not pass along your request to the lube tech that you wanted Mobil 1 oil rather than the AC Delco synthetic which was used in your vehicle on all the other service visits, which as per GM is an acceptable more affordable replacement oil for your vehicle. We drained and refilled the oil with Mobil 1 as per your request once the cashier learned of your request. I apologize for that. As far as the other concern with tires I see where you had tires installed with the former dealership Rainbow in 2019 I hope they made that right for you. We strive to do our best for our customers and hopefully in the future you will give us another chance. I will be more than happy to give you your next oil change on us with whatever oil you request.
