Excellent Experience I was dreading the typical car buying experience. The first dealership I went to confirmed just what I was expecting. A salesman trying to push me i I was dreading the typical car buying experience. The first dealership I went to confirmed just what I was expecting. A salesman trying to push me into a vehicle that I did not want. So, I left within 20 minutes of getting there. HOWEVER, Angel Beauchamp turned all of that frustration around when I went to Palm Chevrolet. Angel was so patient. I drove three different vehicles and was looking at test driving a fourth. Not at any point did he say, this is what you need or this will fit your budget. Angel explained the features of each vehicle and answered any questions I had. Wondeful experience with Angel at Palm Chevrolet I've needed a new car for quite some time now, when I decided to visit Angel Beauchamp at Palm Chevrolet. He was wonderful and attentive and made sur I've needed a new car for quite some time now, when I decided to visit Angel Beauchamp at Palm Chevrolet. He was wonderful and attentive and made sure that not only did all of my question get answered before making sure a large purchase, he made sure I knew how all the bells and whistled worked and that I was completely setup before I left the lot. I'd definitely recommend doing business with Angel for anyone who is in the market for a new car. Angel and the rest of the staff at Palm Chevrolet made the process completely painless for me. Overly Happy Customer I had a wonderful experience ,as this was my first time buying a new car let alone a loan. I have always had buy here pay here cars, and I felt it was I had a wonderful experience ,as this was my first time buying a new car let alone a loan. I called and asked for a salesman and they passed me onto Angel Beauchamp whom scheduled me to come and see what could be done with my limited sources. He was by far the greatest, friendliest and most knowledgeable salesman I have ever worked with . I have worked in sales for a while now as I am the BDC for a RV Dealer and handle all incoming leads ,events and so forth, and he would do great in RV sales!! He answered any and all questions I had and I had a lot. The gentleman that signed my paperwork out with me was very detailed and well organized and didn't try to pass anything by me, he was very straight forward and I found that to be awesome . After I did all my paperwork Angel, I and my 4 yr old daughter did a walk through with him. He kept everything fun and energetic as he explained all the really cool features from the trunk to the on-star and so on. He def. knows his 10 steps and all the features and benefits. When we were finished he waved me on my way . As I was leaving I received a text of me driving away in my new car !!! Totally loved the entire experience from start to finish !! Chevrolet Suburban purchased in October I purchased my Suburban from Angel and his manager Dominic. Angel did an excellent job showing me the features and benefits of the truck. His product knowledge was superior and he was thorough and very detailed in covering all aspects of the unit. After the sale he was fantastic in setting up the On-Star, Bluetooth and audio features. Dominick and Richard went above the call of duty in setting up the financing and getting me the best loan and interest rate. Overall I was very impressed with the treatment and experience. I took my son there a month later and he bought a Traverse. Thanks a lot for a job well done!! Sean McKillip PS: The only area of improvement that I experienced and can comment on is the amount of time it takes to change the oil. I have waited an hour and a half the several times I have used the dealership for my oil changes and did not go back because I have other reputable companies that can do it in 15-20 minutes. More
