Terrible service. Jose does not listen to customer. He just listens to his computer printout. The vehicle had customized work done on it by this service department Jose does not listen to customer. He just listens to his computer printout. The vehicle had customized work done on it by this service department but Jose would not listen at all. He kept shutting me down. Problem was not fixed. Jose does not respond to text or calls. Jose gave me the wrong car keys. Car was not returned to customers settings. I could barely reach the steering wheel. Seat was almost lying flat. AC was set on LO. Did not know it had a LO. Only a digital number. Took me a while to fix that. The door handle was greasy. Car was not washed. This service department is only getting worse. More

Scheduled ceramic treatment for the finish on my 2024 Pacifica. Made arrangements to drop off vehicle the night before to expedite the completion of the preparation for the application process. Was abl Pacifica. Made arrangements to drop off vehicle the night before to expedite the completion of the preparation for the application process. Was able to receive a loaner vehicle to return home and pick up my vehicle the following day. Excellent timing to minimize time without my vehicle and the ability to await the completion of the process in the comforts of my home. More

Great buying experience! I inquired about a Ram 2500 they had for sale online and setup a time to come down to look at the truck as well as have my current truck apprised. I I inquired about a Ram 2500 they had for sale online and setup a time to come down to look at the truck as well as have my current truck apprised. I met with two different salesmen, Guido Marin, who was who I was communicating with online and Ibra Jaber, another salesman. While Guido was having my truck apprised Ibra showed me the 2500 and took me for a test drive. Upon return Guido had my appraisal ready, which seemed very fair. When it came time to negotiate I sat down directly with the the sales manger Sammy Hawana who worked out a deal with me I couldn't refuse. I short time later I met with Vinny Buonincontri, one of the finance managers who walked me through all my paper work. He shopped around at serval banks to get me an incredible interest rate at a loan term I was very comfortable with. After signing I was warmly welcomed to the CDJR of Leesburg family and introduced to serval other managers as well as their parts reps and service advisors. The whole process from start to finish only took a couple of hours and was an absolute pleasure. Everyone was very professional, friendly and very knowledgeable of their products. I would highly recommend this dealership and I will be returning in the future. Thanks guys! More
