Bill was not my agent, however he felt it necessary to contact me repeatedly on a matter that had already been discussed and resolved, regarding my previous vehicle and the title being released by the lie contact me repeatedly on a matter that had already been discussed and resolved, regarding my previous vehicle and the title being released by the lien holder. I felt that it was very unprofessional of him to contact me when I was working with someone else, and pester me multiple times about giving the title of my previous vehicle to him— the title was held by the credit union as usual until the loan pay off was complete. His disruption of my work day and life was stressful leading me to think I had done something wrong, which in speaking with the loan officer at the credit union, I found that he, in fact, was in error for not taking the initiative to contact them and ensure the pay off was complete, so as to secure the title. I spent days and hours unnecessarily on the phone and in line at the Secretary of State for something that he should have been handling himself. Garber Bay Rd dealership was fantastic however. I had a great experience with Brandi and with the financing consultant, whose name I can’t recall. The transaction was quick and painless at the dealership. But the annoying pressuring contact from and random other agent was really poor etiquette. . More

Would never buy a used vehicle from them again. Not only did I have problems a few years back but now my daughter. It should be against the law to sell someone a vehicle with known pricey problems Not only did I have problems a few years back but now my daughter. It should be against the law to sell someone a vehicle with known pricey problems like the timing belt. Two weeks after she bought it the car started stalling, she waited one day after a month because they said they couldn’t look at it because the check engine light wasn’t on - it still wasn’t on but they offered to do a tuneup. No way in xxxx they even did that considering the car was done in less than an hour. Shotty work and dealership, I’ll never go back! Way to take advantage of a young adult who now can’t afford to get out of the xxxxty situation. More

Bill Case was polite, never made my husband or me feel rushed, and answered all of our questions to our satisfaction. He worked with Rob Roehrs to find us the best interest rate on our car loan. The only thing that disappointed us was when we asked if the complete inspection had been done, he said yes, but after we brought the car home I noticed that the rear wheel well liner was torn and hanging in pieces. It will cost me $285 to have it fixed, so it seemed dishonest to me that it had passed inspection. I expressed my concern to John Margaritas, the manager, in an email but never hear back from him. My advice to anyone buying a used car would be to have it checked over by an independent mechanic before signing on an "As Is" vehicle purchase. More

He also helped locate a missing key for the vehicle and mailed it to us since we live about 1.5 hours away. Gary also introduced himself to us at the time we were looking it over as well.
