He is far less concerned with selling me a car, and more interested in maintaining a long-term personal relationship. He is an excellent resource for all things related to owning and driving BMW's. Even when I just come in for maintenance, he always takes the time to find out how I'm doing, let me know what's new, and see if there is anything that he can do for me.
