Blaine was great. He communicated effectively and was relatively easy to reach via text to get updates on the service being performed. The dealership, however, has declined since changing hands. They have no loaner vehicles and in order for me to get a rental, I had to be transported up to The Villages which took a long time. Also, it takes quite a while to be recognized by staff when dropping off a vehicle. There have been times when I've stood in the department for ten minutes before anyone looked up from their work and acknowledged me. More
