We decided to trade vehicles this past week again and this is the only dealership that I like to deal with because I never have any problems here. I know that if Bob Lanford is involved with the deal it this is the only dealership that I like to deal with because I never have any problems here. I know that if Bob Lanford is involved with the deal it is going to be right and no problems with arise! This time proved to be no different! Also this was the first time with dealing with Eric Watts as the salesman, he was surprisingly good. No offense, just so used to always solely dealing with Bob Lanford on everything. Eric done a great job and has already called just checking in with us and how things were going with the vehicle. Will continue to buy vehicles here, and send more customers! More

Working with Cheyenne to find the car I wanted was a total pleasure. He was such a respectful young man and a joy to work with. Bob Lanford explained,in detail,just what we were getting and Adam Hart got us the financing we needed at the rate we wanted. I have never had a better experience in buying a vehicle than I do when I buy one from Bob Lanford. He is very professional and knowledgeable about all the vehicles on the lot. Reed-Laller is the best! Never before have we walked out of a dealship and felt so satisfied. John actually ordered the truck for us---he went through all the options with great care. We just can not say enough about his professionalism, his energetic and upbeat personality and his knowledge regarding the product. He is an outstanding asset to Reed-Lallier Chevrolet. When we received our new truck, we were given so much valuable and excellent information on how to operate it from Bob Lanford and Phill Cannady. They are a great team working together to make sure that we are completely satisfied and know our new truck from top to bottom. They took so much time to make sure that we understood everything and knowing that we will probably have many questions in the future, they have offered their contact information for us to follow up with questions/issues that may arise. We know that they are there for us for the life of the truck should the need occur. We also must mention the Finance Manger, Shirley Harrison. She worked with us on financing and on warranty. She explained everything in a clear way and took her time to make sure every aspect of these topics was covered.
