I had an mechanical issue with my Corvette. I explained the problem to the GM Rafael Rivera. Mr Rivera was understanding and immediately rectified the problem. My contacts at the dealership I explained the problem to the GM Rafael Rivera. Mr Rivera was understanding and immediately rectified the problem. I made an appointment to buy out my lease (did not get review of costs for other options when I requested while at dealership for oil change several weeks prior).
