Did a good job cleaning my truck but took 6 hours to do a job they say takes 3-4, and have done for me in 2.5 hours before. Brought my car in due to issues with it starting. Picked it up, was told couldn’t find anything wrong with it, potential starter. Brought it in a few days later to have the starter replaced, received Picked it up, was told couldn’t find anything wrong with it, potential starter. Brought it in a few days later to have the starter replaced, received a phone call that it was the battery. I was told during my initial visit, the battery was fine. Picked up my car, couple days later, had trouble starting it. Stopped in the dealership on 5/18, to get more details about what was checked, Colby didn’t make any notes. The advisor I talked to, was able to tell me what was done or checked during that initial visit. How does a batter go bad in 4 days? I feel like I was taken advantage of. I had a relationship with Shottenkirk, had gotten cars serviced and purchased several cars. I won’t be going business with Shottenkirk anymore. I don’t feel like I can trust them. More

Another driver honked and said I had brake lights out. I was near Shottenkirk so I pulled in and told them the problem. Even though i didn’t have an appointment they said they would get someone to check i I was near Shottenkirk so I pulled in and told them the problem. Even though i didn’t have an appointment they said they would get someone to check it. It did take quite awhile but they found a blown fuse and replaced it. I really appreciated being able to get quick service and not have to worry about driving without brake lights back home. More

My recent oil change at Shottenkirk was impressively fast, getting me back on the road in no time. However, I was surprised by an additional fee for using my debit/credit card. Despite this extra charge fast, getting me back on the road in no time. However, I was surprised by an additional fee for using my debit/credit card. Despite this extra charge, the overall service speed left a positive impression. More
