Charlie goes above and beyond every time and communication is consistent and efficient. If you have any questions he is quick to answer and provide you with all the resources you need. I went to Allen Turner Chevrolet in Crestview with my sister so she could look at a Traverse that she saw online. We spoke with a guy named Charlie Lehner and after some searching, realized the Traverse sister so she could look at a Traverse that she saw online. We spoke with a guy named Charlie Lehner and after some searching, realized the Traverse that she'd seen was in Pensacola. Instead of just dismissing us and telling us we came to the wrong dealership, Charlie helped us anyway. My sister asked him a ton of questions and he was so informative and easy to talk to. We ended up in Pensacola and she bought the car she wanted, but because Charlie made such an impression on me, I will be returning soon to work with him for my next new car. More
