A trusted friend and nationally known Ferrari expert recommended that I contact Service Director Steve Fordham at Boardwalk Ferrari Service to schedule an appointment. Steve got me on their schedule ASA recommended that I contact Service Director Steve Fordham at Boardwalk Ferrari Service to schedule an appointment. Steve got me on their schedule ASAP and within days I made the drive from Austin to the dealership in Dallas. Upon my arrival, I was greeted by my service advisor, Chris Williams, who patiently listened to my requests and answered my many questions. I was impressed by Chris’s calm demeanor, professionalism and knowledge of everything Ferrari. Within a day or two, I received a very reasonable estimate for repairs based on a very comprehensive inspection which included a video. The repairs and services I selected were expertly completed without delay. As an added bonus, I received a discount on parts and service for my membership in the Ferrari Club of America. Without a doubt, the four-hour drive from Austin to Dallas was well worth it! Needless to say, Boardwalk is now my Ferrari dealer of choice, Thanks More

The good people at Boardwalk Ferrari were kind enough to take my California in at the last minute as it needed it's annual Texas state safety inspection. Then, kept an eye on it for a few days while I was d take my California in at the last minute as it needed it's annual Texas state safety inspection. Then, kept an eye on it for a few days while I was detained by work, with visitors, etc. They even handed it back to me cleaned after this miniscule service, which only entails hooking the car up to an OBDII scanner. Chris Williams handled the whole thing for me. Typical above and beyond service experience that I've come to expect. More

I brought my car in for service after having an issue with the battery. Roadside Assistance was terrific, utilizing an enclosed trailer to tow it to the dealership. Chris was absolutely great! I had my F12tdf in for its annual service during which time it was discovered that there were a couple of small items that were in need of attention that I had not noticed. Chris did a great job in expla time it was discovered that there were a couple of small items that were in need of attention that I had not noticed. Chris did a great job in explaining what the two items were and the cost associated with correcting them. I could not be happier with the service department at Boardwalk Ferrari. More
