Kind ,courteous and zero pressure. I visited a few times trying to narrow what I really wanted with my budget. I knew there were things I would have to give up compared to previous veh I visited a few times trying to narrow what I really wanted with my budget. I knew there were things I would have to give up compared to previous vehicle. Crystal and John were extremely patient. When I narrowed down to 2 and still had small doubts but made a decision, Crystal made a last search and put together what she knew would fix my doubts. I was very happy and impacted budget very little.
