Brandon, we are disappointed to learn this and apologize for any frustration. However, there must be some sort of confusion because many of these statements you are making are categorically untrue. We are happy to inform you that Warranty Protection For Life begins upon delivery (the day you purchase) your vehicle! All that is asked of you upon ownership and as you agreed on the date of purchase, is to perform the manufacturer's minimum required maintenance and keep your records and receipts. Requiring a customer to somehow obtain the service record for a vehicle they had not previously owned is absurd. Again, if you had done the maintenance at Sunset, none of this would have happened. Our team loves the opportunity to give the news when a repair will be fully covered. To date, Warranty Protection For Life has paid out nearly 6 million dollars in fully covered repairs for our customers. If you look at our Sunset Chevrolet website, you will find that it's (to be exact) $5,572,984.39! This figure increases every day. We appreciate your perspective on this, but we simply do not agree with any of the statements you have made. If the service facility you performed the regular maintenance with has the records and receipts, we will be happy to re-submit them to the warranty company. Contrary to your inaccurate comments, it is not Sunset that approves or denies warranty claims. It is a 3rd a party administrator. Sunset takes pride in its transparency as well as upholding the highest standard of customer care. We take customer satisfaction very seriously and want to ensure your satisfaction. As the automated response would state above there is no confusion. We jumped through hoops for six weeks and they found every reason to void the warranty. Its a complete joke. Highly recommend that you take your business elsewhere.
