I have purchased a lot of vehicles over the years and I have to say this was the best car buying experience yet. Darrell is very courteous and professional and good at what he does. Oh my goodness! I am so happy that I came here. I left from Fort Mills to look at a car. It wasn’t what I was looking for. So me and my son was just going to browse I am so happy that I came here. I left from Fort Mills to look at a car. It wasn’t what I was looking for. So me and my son was just going to browse around before we head home. We both put an address in for a dealership and we thought it was going to the same location but the closer we got in the area on Independence Blvd. We were almost to the address he put in the GPS. Then he changed his mind and said let’s go to the one you have which was a little further. When we got there we were greeted by Darrell Bacon! I told him our story and he said it was meant for you to be here! I laughed it off because I was just browsing and felt that the payments would have been higher than what I was looking for. Needless to say I walked away with the car I wanted in the price range I needed! Bacon is awesome and greatly appreciated. I got more than the car I wanted but I got top notch customer service. East Charlotte Nissan has an awesome team and if you need a car ask for Darrell Bacon. Levi the Assistant Manager was awesome as well. Thanks again for everything!! More
