We just stopped in because my son couldn’t find what he was determined to drive at other local Chevy dealerships. We walked in and were greeted immediately by Doug, personable and pleasant from the get go was determined to drive at other local Chevy dealerships. We walked in and were greeted immediately by Doug, personable and pleasant from the get go. He asked what we were looking for, took to his computer AND FOUND IT!!! Both my son and I looked at each other in amazement- okay, let’s go. Doug was extremely helpful and extraordinary to have the process go so smoothly. Lester Glenn gave us, what I thought, a great trade in, so all was a GO. We did have to a wait a bit, but I was kept informed by both the dealership manager and Doug as to estimated dates. It was a great feeling that they were as anxious for us to have the new car as much as we were. The trade in and purchase was extremely easy. Also working with Stephen in finance was exceptional. All was explained and gave me the different options. Great experience. I would HIGHLY recommend the team I had working with me. Left with a BIG smile!! More
