Edgar, was awesome. And took care of me. My only issue was the dealer did not have a loaner vehicle while my car was been repaired and I had no car for over two weeks an And took care of me. My car went in Wednesday morning & I heard nothing from anyone until following week Tuesday when I called Five Times. Plus, I was without a Car with all that time & the Dealership did not provide Liane anyone until following week Tuesday when I called Five Times. Service was great with no appointment, Loved the free Lyft. However, I was not satisfied with the communication about the estimated cost of service. When service rep called to tell me car was read Lyft. However, I was not satisfied with the communication about the estimated cost of service. When service rep called to tell me car was ready, I asked for actual cost, it was higher than expected. I mentioned the estimate cost was not disclosed when I brought the vehicle. The service rep told me the estimate was on the paperwork provided which I signed. This was true, but I was not told the estimate when I left my vehicle. More
