Sales staff was great. Eli and Zach were fantastic and helped us narrow down to one option that was close to the vehicle we wanted, minus the color and a seating option. My wife said a number that was a bit below the sticker price. Salesman comes back with not only a no to our offer, but the sales manager says there is a $7000 “market adjustment” above sticker. We would have likely paid full sticker price for the truck if they had stuck to it. But the last minute bait and switch with the over sticker “adjustment” was too much. We walked out the door and will find another truck even if we have to order it and pay more. More

What started out as a good experience has turned into a nightmare. Our 60 day temp tag is expiring in two days and we still don’t have a title to license and tag it. We were informed just two days ago finally that they’ve been waiting on the lien release from the previous owner. I’ve been ignored with no returned calls or texts for weeks now. I’m feeling extremely frustrated and duped at this point in some shady dealings. More
