Very prompt communication from the beginning. With every car I buy, I attempt to get a better deal. It felt odd that my salesperson had to leave to speak to the manager rather than all of us disc With every car I buy, I attempt to get a better deal. It felt odd that my salesperson had to leave to speak to the manager rather than all of us discuss my question together. There was also a service package added on to the price of the vehicle. This package should not be automatically added to a used vehicle. I am very happy they offered delivery which was so convenient and free. I am located outside of their delivery range. I will definitely consider using them in the future. More
