He explained my options in a professional and easy to understand way. The business manager, Michael, was the same. He explained my options without a hard sell. Totally grateful for that. Cityside Subaru will be much nicer once the new facilities are completed. Also, got a good trade-in price for my old Honda. Much appreciated. This was the most pleasant car buying experience I've had. More
