The staff is always very friendly and the facility is always clean but my service was a little slow. I said I was leaving and going to pickup but I should have said waiting because I was going to run a always clean but my service was a little slow. Seemed like 1 1/2 hours to wait for a “lube, oil and filter” appointment was excessive. I arrived at (or before) the designated time, 30 minutes elapsed before my car was even driven into a service bay filter” appointment was excessive. I arrived at (or before) the designated time, 30 minutes elapsed before my car was even driven into a service bay, then another hour elapsed before my car was finished. There was no air conditioning in the lobby, and the service tech was still a student. Maybe that explains the extended wait, idk. More
