I have been with Heiser for 31 years and enjoy working with my customers. When I’m not at the dealership, I enjoy riding my bicycle and I’m an avid reader. I’d be happy to help you find your next vehicle.

Service is always quick and easy. I normally wait for the vehicle. Mostly oil changes. If the vehicle is as good as they say, then you shouldn’t need anything else. I normally wait for the vehicle. This is what I sent to my salesperson after taking possession of my new Mustang. I sent it on Oct. 31st and have not gotten any response (today is Nov. 10) Hutch, it took my technology wise son almo possession of my new Mustang. I sent it on Oct. 31st and have not gotten any response (today is Nov. 10) Hutch, it took my technology wise son almost an hour to figure out how to sync my garage door opener to the Mustang. I tried following the directions in the owner's manual and gave up after many, many tries. Sorry that your friend did not come through to help me. I am still disappointed that Heiser did not offer any perks such as oil changes or service coupons to me when buying the car. I've gotten such perks when buying vehicles for my wife (not Ford products). I am also left wondering why I would receive an email from Ford ( I sent you a copy of the offer) telling me there was a price drop down to $33,000 for the vehicle you had on your lot and then one of your managers calling to tell me that the email must have been a mistake and that you could never sell the car to me for that advertised price. Of course, I was also disappointed that TJ (?), the fellow who instructed me on the intricacies of operating my new car, was unable to show me how to program the stations on my radio and how to set up and use the GPS system on my new car which necessitated my return to your dealership on the weekend to learn how to operate those accessories. I was also perturbed about your response as to the discrepancy of the mileage on the car. On the purchase contract you sent me on Saturday, October 14, you indicated a mileage on the vehicle of 4 miles, yet when I picked up the car, it had 89 miles on it. Your explanation that the car was used as a demonstrator was hard for me to swallow and left a sour taste in my mouth. The contract I signed gave the Heiser promise that I could return the car within 3 days or 150 miles if I was displeased. I left the showroom with 89 miles on the odometer: 25 miles to home and 25 miles to return to Heiser would leave me with 9 miles to determine my satisfaction with the vehicle. How unrealistic! That's some kind of great sales point. In spite of all the above concerns, the purchase was consummated. I guess I am just not a savvy automobile buyer. I have also sent this email to Brian Crandell as he asked me to make comments on my purchase experience. Have a good life, Hutch. Kenn Belter More
