The two cars that I came down to look at each had interior damage that was not previously disclosed before I made the 4+ hour drive to choose between one off the vehicles. Little did I know, the passenger side door is making a clicking noise, which was not disclosed. The salesman always opened that door when we were viewing the car, so I didn’t notice this issue until I got home. Now I’m hearing that Honda’s “bumper to bumper” warranty won’t cover the damage to the car that was already there. They told me to drive 4 hours down to LA again so they could look at it instead of offering any kind of other option. I feel mislead and taken advantage of. More
