I traded in my 2010 Charger for a beautiful 2023 Charger. I waited a long time to have the New Car Experience. What an experience it’s been. Jay was our salesman and he was great. It’s so hard to find peopl I waited a long time to have the New Car Experience. What an experience it’s been. Jay was our salesman and he was great. It’s so hard to find people these days with such integrity and pride in their job. The car I wanted wasn’t on the lot but they made every effort to find me the car I wanted. Was told to stay and complete the deal that day even though it was getting late. We stayed but felt it took too long to get car ready. The car is not as clean as it should be. Mirrors are very spotted a though it was getting late. We stayed but felt it took too long to get car ready. The car is not as clean as it should be. ***Buyer Beware**** Before choosing this dealership, please be sure to read the reviews, and read every single paper before signing. There is No communication whatsoever, between sales and service. Had an issue with a vehicle purchased on 9/2/23 (check engine light came on as soon as I got home), and had to get the GM involved. Was told to come back on a certain day and time for service, once their service had no idea, I was coming in, said they weren’t told, and I could not be assisted, because there’s limited staff on the weekends. I don’t live in Inverness. Was then, told by service to expect a phone call on the following Monday, which never happened, I had to call them only to be told, they had not gotten around to my issue, because they were busy attending to other customers. Not until the GM was spoken to, my issue was resolved, by Pearson Nissan on 9/15/23. Would never return or recommend these folks. The GM/ Josh, was really willing to help, more than I can say for staff. People tend to forget, customer service makes all the difference. More

The on-line add we saw had a price of $57, however when we were at the dealership they charged us $60, plus $3,500for options that were listed on the on-line add. When we questioned them, they told us the we were at the dealership they charged us $60, plus $3,500for options that were listed on the on-line add. When we questioned them, they told us the Chrysler made them run the add this way. We really wanted to get the Gladiator with light seats and Jay and the other employees were very helpful and knowledgeable, therefore we went ahead and purchased the Jeep. I do not remember a time being more disappointed with a company than we are with Chrysler. The company is very unethical. We would not have purchased the jeep if it were not for the fact we have to have a vehicle that flat-tows and our interaction with Jay and the finance guy, I think Jeff. They were great. More
