My vehicle is currently in for corrections to a less than stellar paint job completed by Walser Collision. I had an appointment for 05/21 to correct a paint run and tape lines. I still do not have my vehicle back, although it’s been 10 days, to correct their poor attention to detail. I’ve called the dealership multiple times requesting an update with no response. I feel like there is a consistent lack of communication from this dealership and their service center. More

I bought a car two weeks ago for $36,000 and it already needed new brakes and rotors a week later. Now the check engine light is on. I haven’t had this many issues with a new car. Wanted an eval appointment, service writer said they would need the car for up to 3 days. What the xxxx good is making an appointment just to have my car sit until you get around to looking at it.
